Is this a complete PG management system?

No. DueTick focuses on reminders and recorded payment status. Continue using your existing process for rooms, deposits, agreements and maintenance.

Can residents have different rent amounts?

Yes. Keep an individual amount and due date for each resident’s record.

Does DueTick calculate electricity or shared utility bills?

This page covers reminders for known payment amounts. Do not rely on DueTick to calculate meter readings, split utility bills or reconcile deposits.

Does DueTick automatically detect every payment?

No. Record payments you receive in DueTick to keep paid and pending status accurate. A WhatsApp reply or a bank transfer does not by itself confirm payment in DueTick.

How do WhatsApp reminders get sent?

Connect your business WhatsApp through QR linking and keep the connection active. Set customer amounts, due dates and reminder timing before enabling reminders.

Does DueTick take a cut of customer payments?

No. DueTick charges no commission on customer payments. Customers pay directly to your UPI ID; DueTick does not collect or hold the funds. Your DueTick subscription is separate.

How do customers pay through a reminder?

Add your UPI ID and include the payment link in your reminder. Customers open the link and choose to pay through a compatible UPI app. After confirming receipt in your account, mark the payment as paid in DueTick. Payment confirmation is manual.
